How long is an account disabled for?
Accounts are blocked for 24 hours from the time they are first disabled. After that they are unblocked, and free to re-access your site. Of course, if the account is abused again, it will be instantly shut off for another 24 hours.

Is the account removed from my password file?
No. Pennywize will not touch your password file, nor does it need to interact with your billing company. It has been written to block the account using modern rewriting techniques.

Can the user regenerate their username and password once it is blocked to regain access?
Yes and no. Yes, they can regenerate their username and password all they like, but they still won’t have access for 24 hours.

Can I restore access to a user within the 24 hours period?
Yes, this is very simple and explained in the Pennywize members administration section.
